Farmer's Choice Produce Box

A weekly box of fresh, seasonal produce selected by us - whatever we're harvesting at its best that week. Think salad greens, microgreens, root vegetables, cooking greens, and whatever else is coming out of the field. The contents change week to week based on what's growing. 

Not yet. Right now the only thing available is the full 8-week subscription, purchased in advance. Week-to-week boxes go on sale when the program begins on September 28, and only while spots last. 

Winston Customers (open to public)

   - Barn Store: pick up after 3pm Friday or anytime on Saturday.

   - Cobblestone Farmers Market: pick up Saturday morning from 8:30am - 12pm.

Davidson Milkbread Customers (open to public)

   - pick up on Thursday between 12pm-6pm.

Trilogy Lake Norman Customers (closed to public)

   - pick up on Thursday between 10:30am-12pm

Yes. Each week we'll email you on Monday to let you know what to expect. Distribution goes out later in the week, so you'll have a few days to plan meals around what's coming. 

One box feeds roughly 2-4 people for the week and includes approximately 8 different items - a mix of salad and cooking greens alongside whatever else is coming out of the field that week. 

Not at this time. We offer one box, one size. 

An 8-week subscription is $320 total - $40 per week, paid in advance. Once the program begins on September 28, boxes will also be available week to week for $45 each while supplies last. 

We're offering 100 spots for the fall run. Subscribers are guaranteed their box each week. Remaining spots are listed as weekly inventory once the program begins - once they're gone, they're gone. 

Buy the 8-week subscription before September 28. It's the only way to lock in your spot for the full season. 

Subscriptions are a firm 8-week commitment - we don't offer skips or holds. If the timing doesn't work for you, we'd recommend buying week to week once the program begins. 

No refunds are available once a subscription is purchased. You're welcome to transfer your remaining boxes to a friend or family member, or contact us at office@fairsharefarm.net and we'll donate the food on your behalf. 

We don't take substitution requests, but allergies are different. If you've bought an 8-week subscription and have a severe food allergy, email office@fairsharefarm.net after purchasing and we'll do our best to swap the item. The substitute will be our choice. 

Each week we'll list add-ons alongside the box: a loaf of bread, a dozen eggs, and any surplus or bumper-crop produce we have that week. 

No - add-ons cannot be purchased separately online. They're only available to customers buying a box that week. You may find bread and eggs at the barn store or farmers market independently. 

Yes. Your membership discount applies to box purchases - whether you're buying a single box or the full 8-week subscription. 

No, they're two separate programs. Your membership is your relationship with the farm and applies across all of our sales channels. The box subscription is a specific commitment to the fall produce box. Your membership discount can be used toward either. 

Our customers have shifted back to in-person shopping, our barn store has grown by over 100% this year, and we need to simplify how we operate as our family grows. The box program lets us focus on growing and packing the best food possible.
