Sacred Movement with Beth
Beth Bean, a practitioner at Sacred Heart Healing, specializes in a meditative movement therapy that creates presence in the body and awakens individual soul force to foster a deep connection to spirit for strength, healing, and inner peace. Her lifelong passion for Theater Arts, Dance and Music has been a critical part of her spiritual and teaching paths – as the living language of the Divine Creative Word that lives behind the material world revealed itself through the arts. For decades, she has brought opportunities for people of all ages to step into and know this sacred space and cultivate a transformative, co-creative activity within their own being.
Join us as we create an intentional circle of love, peace and healing in the world! Each second Saturday of the month, we will move a meditative sequence that awakens inner and outer presence, strength and joy by stepping harmoniously into the living forces that sustain and unite body, soul and spirit. BECOME the change you long for in the world! The movement is natural and easy to learn in the moment; newcomers are welcome. Wear comfortable, easy to move in clothing and shoes.

Sound Healing with Christian
Meditation Master/Sound Bowl Healer, RYT200, LMBT#17024
Christian has studied with different teachers from North, Central, & South America, Thailand, Nepal, & Spain. He has learned how to bring the best healing to those who need it, this includes using massage, thai massage, Andean good-energy healing, Tibetan bowls and flutes as part of sound baths and for individual healing. He uses many different types of sounds to help people find their true inner peace whilst channelling energy. He has learned from a variety of indigenous healers from around the planet.
Sound bowl meditation is a total immersive experience that allows the mind to calm, our energy to ground, and creates a revitalization of the soul. It creates a sense of calm and total relaxation in our bodies. The singing bowls help reduce stress, anxiety, & insomnia. All ages are welcome! We encourage you to bring your own mat, pillow, and for children coloring materials to draw what they hear.
